Exciting news this past weekend. . .

Garrett Brown, narrator Garrett Brown (that’s him in the photo) finished laying down the narration for my first novel, The Next Best Thing. Post-production began today. I expect to have the book to review this weekend. I know I’ll love it. Garrett is an awesome narrator. But I can send it back for two revisions. I might have a few tweaks 😊.

If all goes according to plan, the book should be up on Audible by the end of the month! Believe me, I’ll let everyone know once it is available.

My friends will tell you that I’m a huge Audible reader. I listen to 60 to 80 books a year. My Audible library is pushing 500 books! For mine to come out in my go-to format is a dream come true.

FYI. I’m in the middle of listening to Educated by Tara Westover right now. Narrated by one of my favorite narrators, Julia Whelan, it’s a beautiful memoir of a young woman who grew up in a survivalist Mormon family in Idaho. It wasn’t at all what I was expecting. If you’ve been thinking about reading this book, do. I can tell you already that it will be on my personal best books of the year list.
